An arrival under sunny skies for Rallye des Iles du Soleil participants
After several long and intense weeks, all of the skippers of Jeanneau sailboats arrived, at last, in early December at their destination on the island of Marie-Galante (Guadeloupe). Before this last leg, they had crossed the Atlantic from Palma (Canaries), with a stopover at Mindelo, in Cape Verde.
The Rallye des Iles du Soleil: a unique and enriching experience
For the third consecutive year, Jeanneau is a partner in this transatlantic race organised by the Grand Pavois Organisation. The skippers participating in this race were able to exchange stories and share enjoyable moments aboard their sailboats while taking advantage of this exclusive experience among owners.
4 Jeanneau boats participated in the 2019 Rallye des Iles du Soleil
This marks the end of a beautiful human experience for the four Jeanneau crews:
- The Sun Odyssey 40 (Jersey) of Lionel REYNAUD,
- The Sun Odyssey 37 (Iona) of Pierre MARY,
- The Sun Odyssey 42 (Mathimar 2) of Olivier CORMIER, and
- The Sun Odyssey 40.3 (L’REL’O) of Didier RAIMBAULT.
L’Rel’O obtains the Merit Award!
After enduring many tests during the Atlantic crossing, the crew of L’Rel’O received the Merit Award.
The entire Jeanneau crew extends our congratulations to all the skippers, who can now enjoy a well-deserved rest!
