This year New South Wales Jeanneau Sailing Rendezvous 2013, hosted by NSW Jeanneau dealer Performance Boating, took place on Sydney Harbour at the end of March, with nearly 40 yachts participating. After a leisurely race and cruise the festivities continued with a party and prize night.
With three divisions, two for those that are for the more competitive minded, and also a cruising division, the day had the weather gods smiling as everyone enjoyed beautiful sailing conditions of sunny skies and light breeze. A quick downpour at 5pm could not even dampen the atmosphere.
Crews in colorful uniforms, yachts bedecked in flags, everyone got into the spirit of the day which ended with most of the fleet anchoring or rafting up for the Saturday evening. A wide range of models were represented from a 1990 Sun Light 31 to the flagship of the range, the Jeanneau 57 and everything in between.
