BVI HERE WE COME
MARCH 12-19, 2022
In March of 2012, we hosted the very first Jeanneau Owner’s Rendezvous in the British Virgin Islands. It was a big success! So much so that we decided to do it again in 2014 and again in 2016. Again, both events were a great success with about 100 people in attendance, all coming from their home waters throughout North America. By the time we had wrapped up the 2016 event, we already knew we would be back in 2018 and probably 2020 as well.
Unfortunately, hurricane Irma put a damper on the 2018 event, and well…. then came COVID-19 and a global pandemic just in time for the 2020 event. I think we were one of the last boats to make it back to the charter base after the government closed the BVI to travelers.
So now here we are one later thinking about getting back to the BVI in 2022. And why not? Science has once again come through and done what they do best, developed a vaccine. And while we all know that we aren’t out of the storm yet, there does seem to be some light in the sky along with a bit of hope that things will be returning to normal over the coming months.
And so with optimism in our hearts, we are excited to announce that our 6th biannual BVI Owner’s Rendezvous will take place from March 12-19, 2022. We hope you can be a part of it!
